Full Service Design

A full service design includes developing a design plan, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating with contractors, and managing the project from start to finish. We can also assist with furniture selection, lighting design, and artwork and accessory selection to complete the look of the space.
During construction, we verify that everything is completed per plan and keep everything organized to ensure that nothing is missed during the process. We provide a project weekly update so that our clients always know the progress of their project.
A full design service allows our clients to free up their time and focus on other priorities.

If you don't need construction but want help with space planning, furniture layout and selection, this service is for you. Much of the scope of work will be outfitting the home as-is. We may do light updates like paint and lighting.
This process involves developing a concept, creating the furniture layout, selecting furniture and accessories, and procuring them. Once all furniture and accessories arrive, our team delivers, installs and styles them so that our client comes home to a beautiful complete space ready to enjoy.

Phone Call & Initial Visit
After receiving your inquiry, we’ll schedule a 15 minute call to discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. We'll share about our process and answer any questions you have about working together.
Then, we’ll meet in-person for an initial consultation. We'll walk through your space, take notes, and gather the information we need to prepare a proposal for your project.
After the consultation, we’ll send a proposal with all the details and suggested project budget. Once approved, a contract is signed and invoice payment received. We’ll get ready for the design phase.

The Design Process
Here comes the exciting part, we’ll send over a design homework (aka a design questionnaire) then schedule a fun kickoff meeting to officially start your project. We’ll review your homework, take photos and measurements. A few short weeks, we’ll have a design concept meeting to go over the overall aesthetic to make sure we are on the same page. Once the concept is refined, we'll move on to selecting materials and furniture.

The Project Management & Ordering
This phase includes ordering and purchasing items, all will be shipped to a receiving warehouse while we work closely with the contractor or tradesperson in your home. During this process, there might be a lot of saw dust and moving pieces but we keep everything organized and provide project updates weekly throughout your project so you always know where we are in the process.

The Delivering and Installation
The final phase is where the magic happens - your installation. Once the dust settles, the home is cleaned, we’ll coordinate a white glove delivery of your furniture and accessories. We’ll place everything in the right location, style and add the finishing touches to tie it all together.
Now, you come home to a beautiful and complete space ready to enjoy.
