After receiving your inquiry, we’ll schedule a complimentary 15 minute call to discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. We'll share about our process and answer any questions you have about working together. 

Then, we’ll meet in-person for an initial consultation. We'll walk through your space, take notes, and gather the information we need to prepare a proposal for your project.

After the consultation, we’ll send a proposal with all the details and suggested project budget. Once approved, a contract is signed and invoice payment received. We’ll get ready for the design phase.

Here comes the exciting part, we’ll send over a design homework (aka a design questionnaire) then schedule a fun kickoff meeting to officially start your project. We’ll review your homework, take photos and measurements.

A few short weeks, we’ll have a design concept meeting to go over the overall aesthetic to make sure we are on the same page. Once the concept is refined, we'll move on to selecting materials and furniture.

Once the design plan and your proposals are approved, we will begin purchasing, tracking, and double-checking that each item arrives correctly at our white glove delivery receiving warehouse.

We work closely with the contractor or tradesperson in your home. During this process, there might be a lot of saw dust and moving pieces but we keep everything organized and provide project updates throughout your project so you always know where we are in the process.

The final phase is where the magic happens - your installation. Once the dust settles, the home is cleaned, we’ll coordinate a white glove delivery of your furniture and accessories. We’ll place everything in the right location, style and add the finishing touches to tie it all together.
