Kira is the creator and founder of High Tide Design. She is a certified interior designer based in North County San Diego where she developed a love for the ocean and a creative eye. Kira's meaningful and curated designs are inspired by California living and the client's way of living. It’s a well-balanced mixture of authentication, sophistication and endless relaxation.
Kira’s personal style is elevated California casual with coastal feels. She layers each project with organic and timeless materials and completes the project with one of a kind finds to make each project unique.
We aspire to design in reflection of the client's way of living. Our work provides meaningful design with functionality that creates a long lasting style that a client can modify as life shifts and changes.

FOUNDER & INTERIOR DESIGNER
Kira’s favorite part of the design process is helping clients figure out how to best use their space and transform their visions to reality. She enjoys coming up with ideas that fit the client's needs and personality. And seeing the look of joy on their faces when they finally see their dream come to life is definitely her favorite part!
When she is not designing, Kira is a surfer. She enjoys traveling and is always seeking new coffee shops and trying new restaurants.

Melissa Means
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Melissa's favorite part of the design process is getting to know her clients, creating a custom design that meets their needs and reflects their style. She is passionate about all-things-design, helping others and enjoys being able to use her creativity and expertise in designs to give the clients' spaces a unique personal touch.
When she is not designing, Melissa enjoys spending time at the beach or in the mountains with her husband, two-year-old Isla, baby boy Luca, and a 90 lb. retriever mix rescue pup.
