The purpose of this design questionnaire is to provide a better understanding of your lifestyle, design style, and goals. The more details we have, the better. We recommend setting aside about 30 minutes to complete this questionnaire, and involve the whole family if you want. The following questionnaire helps us with the planning and design of your home.
